Role Overview :
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter who will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT hiring, stakeholder engagement, and HR operations support.
 - This is a strategic role that requires balancing recruitment delivery and contributing to broader HR functions.
 
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition (80%)
Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles (primarily IT & corporate functions)Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and ATSPartner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce planningManage interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and pre-joining engagementBuild and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needsSupport employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs when neededHR Operations (20%)
Support onboarding and documentation for new hiresCoordinate with the HR operations team for background verification, joining formalities, and system setupsAssist in employee engagement activities, HRIS updates, and MIS / reportingSupport performance management cycles and other cross-functional HR processesKey Requirements :
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field6–10 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operationsPrior experience with IT hiring is  mandatoryStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ATS (e.g., BrassRing, SAP Fieldglass, Zoho, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsNice to Have :
Exposure to international recruitment (APAC / UK)Hands-on with tools like SAP Fieldglass, SHL, Korn FerryFamiliarity with HR dashboards and reporting toolsSkills Required
