Data Lead - ETL / SQL

Do you possess a deep understanding of data modeling, SQL optimization, and Power BI development? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Lead to join our dynamic team and drive our data strategy.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing data solutions that empower our stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement robust and scalable data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all data platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend data storage and processing solutions.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Create interactive visualizations and data stories that effectively communicate complex data.
• Optimize Power BI performance for large datasets and complex reports.
• Implement and maintain Power BI data gateways and data refresh schedules.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performance data retrieval and processing.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement remediation strategies.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data integration and transformation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Develop and communicate data strategies and roadmaps.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead data related projects.
• Mentor junior team members.
