Celsior Technologies - Lead Data Analyst - SQL

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with a strong background in the Sapience Analytics platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Sapience, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining robust workforce analytics solutions. You will be responsible for collecting, cleansing, and analyzing workforce data to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Platform Expertise : Serve as the subject matter expert on the Sapience Analytics platform, utilizing your 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain advanced workforce analytics solutions.
• Data Analysis & Insights : Collect, cleanse, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Actionable Insights : Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights that inform business strategy, improve productivity, and optimize workforce performance.
• SQL & Data Skills : Leverage your expertise in SQL to query and manipulate data efficiently. Apply strong skills in Data Modelling and Data Profiling to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Reporting & Visualization : Create compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
