Key Responsibilities :
- Communication Strategy Development : Create comprehensive communication strategies for advertising campaigns, meticulously defining the target audience, setting the appropriate tone, and crafting the core message to ensure maximum impact and resonance.
- Creative Briefing & Environment : Write formal and insightful creative briefs that inspire and guide the creative team. Foster an ideal environment that encourages innovative creative development, ensuring all necessary context and insights are provided.
- Insight Synthesis : Combine diverse data points, including market data, qualitative research findings, and in-depth product knowledge, within a concise brief. The goal is to empower the creative team to generate innovative ideas that effectively reach and influence consumers.
- Business Development : Work closely with local office account teams and managing directors to proactively identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities, contributing to agency growth.
- Client Problem Identification & Solution Development : Liaise directly with clients to thoroughly identify their specific business problems and collaboratively develop strategic ideas and advertising solutions that address these challenges effectively.
- Contextual Analysis : Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by meticulously analyzing a wide range of information. This includes detailed examination of demographics, socio-economics, the client's product market, and market share, providing a robust foundation for strategic planning.
- Unique Selling Proposition (USP) Identification : Skillfully find a unique 'angle' or compelling proposition for a specific product or service that will serve as the core foundation for an impactful advertising campaign.
- Product / Service Research : Conduct in-depth research into the product or service to be advertised, which may involve acquiring specialized technical or industry-specific knowledge to inform strategic direction.
- Brand Perception Alignment : Reconcile any discrepancies between consumers' current perceptions of a brand and the desired brand perception articulated by the client, developing strategies to bridge this gap.
- Campaign Effectiveness Evaluation : Analyze and interpret customer response data and sales performance data to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Digital Project Management : Oversee the project management of various digital initiatives, including website development, digital campaigns, search and online advertising campaigns, and email marketing programs. Provide strategic recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies.
- Innovation & Growth Opportunities : Ideate and champion innovative ideas that seamlessly bridge web, mobile, creative content, and digital media, providing strategic solutions to drive significant growth opportunities for clients.
- Digital Campaign Maintenance : Oversee and maintain social media and other digital campaigns, ensuring ongoing relevance, engagement, and performance.
