Job descriptionLead recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across verticals. Build talent pipelines, succession planning, and learning frameworks. Design and implement capability development programs for mid to senior leadership. Oversee performance management and appraisal frameworks. Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards structures. Promote a culture of meritocracy, recognition, and consistent feedback. Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and workforce analytics. Ensure legal compliance and best practices across all people processes. Education : MBA / PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institution. Experience : 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role. Prior experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or FMCG sectors preferred. Strong exposure to business partnering, talent strategy, and organizational transformation. You'll lead the HR function across multiple verticals — including Sales, Operations, Tech, Product, and Supply Chain — ensuring Fairdeal.Market continues to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, building leadership capability, and aligning people strategy with business goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
