People Operations Intern

Location : Gurgaon

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and other core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals & social media

🔹 Schedule and coordinate interviews

🔹 Maintain candidate databases and update records

🔹 Support in onboarding and documentation processes

🔹 Assist in HR operations, employee engagement, and other day-to-day activities

Requirements :

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

✅ Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets

✅ Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain
