Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret packaging risks (e.G., “round item may roll on conveyor,” incorrect ASIN prototypes). Comfortable using translation tools and working across multiple vendor markets. Experience in B2B vendor communications, supply chain / operations, or customer-facing roles preferred. Ability to ramp quickly and perform efficiently in a high-volume, high-transaction environment (target proficiency within ~1 month). Good to Have / Preferred : Experience in fulfilment centre or packaging operations (with an intuitive understanding of packaging / shipping risks). Experience working internationally with a multi-language vendor base. Proven ability to meet throughput and accuracy KPIs. Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting metrics.
