Sr Manager - PR & Communications

We are growing rapidly, and to sustain and support this growth, we are expanding our team. The folks at Mudrex are young, driven, and dedicated to building a self-sustaining platform that simplifies investing in cryptocurrency.

Experience : 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning : Design and implement strategic PR campaigns aligned with Mudrex's and sister brands' objectives and brand positioning across media channels (Online & Print).
• Brand Positioning & Reputation Building : Elevate Mudrex's visibility and credibility across markets while positioning leadership as thought leaders in the crypto and Web3 space.
• Media Relations : Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry publications to secure impactful coverage.
• Content Development : Draft, edit, and deliver high-quality communication materials, including press releases, media kits, thought leadership pieces, and spokesperson briefs, that reflect Mudrex's brand voice.
• Crisis Communication : Support and execute timely communications during sensitive issues or crises, ensuring brand reputation is safeguarded.
• Responsiveness & Agility : Ensure quick turnaround on communications, press requests, and media opportunities. Being available and responsive is critical, given the fast-paced nature of the crypto and Web3 industry.
• Media Monitoring & Competitor Analysis : Track media mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Spokesperson Management : Build and manage the public profiles of Mudrex's leadership team across media channels.
• CSR Communications : Play a key role in Mudrex's CSR initiatives, ensuring impactful storytelling that reflects our values and strengthens community trust.
• Event Planning : Conceptualize and manage PR events, media briefings, and brand activations.
• Agency & Vendor Management : Collaborate with PR agencies and external partners to deliver creative, impactful campaigns and events.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, social media, design, product, leadership, and other teams to ensure timely and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Campaign & Project Management : Develop communication calendars, manage timelines, and ensure flawless execution of initiatives.
• Deadline Management : Oversee project plans and communication calendars, ensuring all deliverables meet strict deadlines.
• Measurement & Reporting : Define KPIs, monitor performance of PR activities, and generate insights to continuously optimize strategies.
• Support Initiatives : Contribute to broader marketing programs, branding campaigns, and events as required.
