In sourcing and procurement at PwC you will focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings supplier collaboration and supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyse sourcing strategies identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area you will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks supplier relationship management and digital procurement solutions.

Job Summary
A career in our Sourcing & Procurement Modernization practice offers the opportunity to help clients optimize procurement strategies through technology transformation and cost reduction initiatives. This role is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced data-driven environment and enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders to create actionable insights.
As an Associate you will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements to capture value and enable organizational transformation. This includes activities such as conducting analyses and developing insights preparing excel models analyzing large sets of data capturing as-is processes preparing work plans and designing to-be processes.
In addition you will also support the project lead facilitate meetings to enable decision making organize and prepare recommendations on client issues and participate actively in new business development thought leadership and firm building activities.

Team and Client Management
Lead procurement project delivery and ensure execution against KPIsAct as a key liaison between stakeholders suppliers and procurement teamsProvide insights and recommendations for process efficiencies and procurement modernizationLead client discussions and drive influence through actionable insightsS2P Transformation
Experience with Coupa - Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform as an implementer and administrator; ERP knowledge SAP / PeopleSoft / ORACLE or others is preferredUnderstanding of fundamental principles of Coupa including spend and commodity taxonomies requisitioning PO generation receiving and invoice processingExperience with AP automation including eInvoicing scanning and workflow online tracking reporting capabilities electronic invoice user interfaces supplier networks etc.Ability to design the approval work flows in Coupa transactional documents like POs Service Confirmations and InvoicesAbility to configure develop and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and flat file-based integrations for all master and transactional data between P2P platforms and backend systemsAbility to work with middleware tools Like Dell Boomi Mulesoft Snaplogic etc. to implement middleware logic as part of the integrations between Coupa & ERP systemAbility to develop solutions for clients using service-oriented architecture patterns to ensure master and transactional data are traveling successfully between systemsAbility to gather technical requirements and conduct sessions to design the integrations between P2P platforms and backend systemsAbility to take responsibility for all technical phases of an implementation project including architecture design development test customization documentation and data migration solutions for business applications in the SaaS and other ERP systemsAbility to estimate the tasks and resources required to design build and test the integration designAbility to design technical logic for solution development / enhancementAbility to work with clients during the hypercare phase to resolve integration issues between Coupa and end-to-end systemsAbility to provide expert advice to clients on integration API and flat file best practices and deliver efficient and simple integration design for easy maintenance of system post Go-LiveSkillsets Preferred
Intermediate skills in developing integrations with Web Services XML JSON SQL and or other integration technologiesHands-on experience facilitating application integration architecture discussions and workshopsProven experience in developing integrations using REST API SOAP Web Services and other integration architectures.Hands-on experience working with middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi Mulesoft Snaplogic etc.Proven skills as a team member team lead or project manager on at least three full life cycle implementationsFunctional knowledge of Procurement business processesTechnical aptitude and comfort in understanding Web-based applications and the SaaS PaaS and IaaS Cloud models and Integration concepts as well as application of these technologies in the enterprise environmentBasic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
