Sales Development Representative (US Market)

Reporting to : Director of Sales , US Sales
Timing : 6 PM to 3 AM

Profile Overview : As an SDR focusing on the US market , you'll be the first point of outreach to potential clients (brands, agencies, marketers). Your mission : generate qualified leads via outbound efforts, nurture interest, and set up meetings for the Account Executives. You'll be a key part of growing TrueFan's presence in the US and helping hit pipeline & growth targets.
What you will Do :
- Prospect and generate leads in the US market via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn / social outreach
- Qualify those leads (discovering pain points, fit, decision-makers) and book meetings for AEs
- Keep the CRM updated—record all activities, outreach, follow-ups, responses
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to refine messaging, outreach strategy, targeting
- Hit monthly quotas for qualified leads & meetings booked
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitive offerings, to better position TrueFan in conversations
What we look for :
1-3 years experience in SDR / lead generation / inside sales, preferably for US or international clientsStrong written & verbal communication, excellent in EnglishComfortable doing high-volume outreach, and handling rejectionGood understanding of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)Self-motivated, goal-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentBonus Points if you have :
Experience selling to CMOs, marketing heads, brand managers, or agenciesPrior work in SaaS / AI / video / creative sectorsExposure to ABM (Account-Based Marketing) or international sales cyclesWhat you will gain :
