Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Rigging Supervisor with extensive experience in rigging and lifting operations within a petrochemical plant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising rigging activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and leading a team to execute lifting operations safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting operations at site.
• Ensure that all lifting activities are performed in compliance with safety and HSE regulations.
• Interpret lifting plans and provide guidance to the rigging team for proper execution.
• Inspect rigging tools, lifting tackles, and accessories to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist in crane selection, load calculation, and lift planning for various operations.
• Oversee rigging of rotating and static equipment, piping, motors, and valves.
• Operate and supervise use of EOT cranes and mobile cranes up to 500 tons.
• Maintain records of lifting equipment inspections and work permits.
• Train and mentor team members in safe rigging practices.
