Position Overview : The
Head of Digital Marketing
will lead the overall digital strategy, planning, execution, and performance of all online marketing and communication activities for Accurate Group of Institutions. The role aims to strengthen the institute’s digital presence, increase admissions through targeted digital campaigns, enhance brand reputation, and ensure seamless online engagement with students, parents, consultants, and alumni.
This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital channels, analytics, lead generation, content strategy, and performance optimization — someone who can convert digital visibility into measurable admissions outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a
comprehensive digital marketing strategy
aligned with institutional goals (admissions, branding, placements, events).
Plan annual and quarterly
digital calendars
covering all major campaigns, events, and admissions drives.
Ensure cohesive integration of digital marketing with offline marketing, PR, and events.
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Oversee
lead generation campaigns
across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Set up and manage
funnels and conversion strategies
for admissions (landing pages, enquiry forms, remarketing).
Monitor
CPL (Cost per Lead) ,
CTR (Click-Through Rate) , and
Conversion Ratios ; optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Coordinate with admission and counselor teams to ensure timely follow-up on digital leads.
3. SEO & Website Management
Supervise
SEO strategies
(on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to ensure top ranking on relevant keywords like “Top PGDM Colleges in Delhi NCR,” “Best MBA College in Greater Noida,” etc.
Audit and update website content regularly to improve
UI / UX, load time, and engagement.
Work closely with web developers to enhance landing pages, chatbot functionality, and lead forms.
4. Social Media Strategy & Growth
Build a strong social media presence across
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter) , and
Threads .
Create monthly content calendars focusing on student life, events, achievements, faculty highlights, and placement success.
Plan and execute
paid social campaigns
to boost engagement, followers, and brand reach.
Introduce
student ambassador and influencer collaborations
to create authentic engagement.
5. Content, Branding & Communication
Guide the creation of high-quality content (posts, blogs, videos, newsletters, reels, and testimonials).
Ensure all content reflects institutional values, tone, and branding consistency.
Develop
digital press releases ,
emailers , and
event highlight campaigns
for visibility.
Manage and enhance the institute’s
Google My Business (GMB)
and
online reputation (ORM)
through reviews and feedback response.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track all campaign metrics via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
Provide
weekly and monthly performance reports
to management with insights and improvement plans.
Establish KPIs for digital channels — leads, traffic, impressions, engagement rate, etc.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and digital trend analysis in the education sector.
7. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead a team of digital executives, graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and social media managers.
Collaborate closely with
admission, branding, PR, and academic teams
for campaign alignment.
Identify skill gaps, organize training sessions, and maintain high productivity standards within the digital team.
8. Vendor & Budget Management
Manage relationships with
digital agencies, media partners, influencers, and ad platforms .
Plan and monitor the annual
digital marketing budget
and ensure cost-effective spending.
Evaluate new technologies and tools for marketing automation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Minimum 5
years of experience
in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in education, edtech, or related sectors).
Proven record of achieving high digital lead conversions and strong ROI.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO (preferred).
