Kapiva is recruiting a Regional Sales Training Executive - South with 7-10 years core

experience in Sales, Training, Training & Operations. The primary scope of this role will be responsible for implementing and managing sales training programs for sales officers and executives across Southern India. This role is integral in improving sales performance, developing skills, and ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. The incumbent will work closely with sales teams, sales managers, and other stakeholders to assess training needs, deliver training, and measure the effectiveness of programs. The incumbent must be fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & English. Knowing Hindi will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver Virtual / Classroom Training programs of SO’s & SSO’s
  • Onboarding of New SO’s / SSO’s – Product & Functional Training
  • OJT (On the Job Training) with New Joiners & Laggards (Min 50% travelling required)
  • Monitoring and Tracking of Progress
  • Implementing the Annual Training Calendar in respective region
  • Collaborate with ASM / ASE’s / RSM
  • Providing regional inputs to line manager for enhancement of capability development

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

  • Training Effectiveness and ROI : Measure and report on the success and ROI of all training programs.
  • Capability Development : Demonstrated improvement in the skills and performance of sales officers and executives.
  • Sales Performance Improvement : Successful collaboration with sales managers to improve sales performance in the region.
  • Onboarding Efficiency : Smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires, ensuring quick integration and productivity.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Feedback : Regular follow-up and tracking of the progress of trained sales officers, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Regional Sales Alignment : Training initiatives are aligned with regional sales goals and objectives, contributing to overall business success.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales training, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and assess sales performance.
  • Strong in MS office, Advance Excel and PPT skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support training and development efforts
