Digital Content Consultant

Purpose of the role :

In this role, you will partner with high end strategic content creators and offer personalized, on them and support by assisting them as a single point of contact in two ways : a) troubleshooting support & policy guidelines and b) content strategy and consulting oriented to improve channels performance. The goal is to deliver dedicated, on-demand, one-to-one support for strategically important creators who prefer a reactive support model. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger team.

Responsibilities

Issue / task management

• Address issues or tasks assigned to them through ticketing systems, via Chat, Email or Phone channels.
• Handle the most complex ad operations workflows within YouTube that require high degree of judgment in performing the assigned tasks.
• Must be able to advise clients and provide creative solutions
• Escalate highly complex and mission critical issues to SMEs or internal YT teams while accompanying the creator through the path or resolution.

Content Strategy & Account Management

Requirements :

Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.

Good time management skills and ability to organize their own day

Client-focused, keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals

Passionate about social media.

A team player with ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

Hands on experience with video content creation & editing including 3rd party tools like video editors, encoders and others.

Strong analytical skills.
