Team Lead - BIM

SmartCADD is hiring an experienced Senior BIM Lead / Technical Lead – BIM to manage project delivery, guide BIM modelers, and maintain high-quality Revit modelling standards. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP), BIM workflows, Scan-to-BIM, and team leadership.

This role requires expertise in Revit , BIM modelling , BIM coordination , Navisworks , BIM360 / ACC , and internal QA / QC processes . You will work closely with the Director based in Australia and lead the technical team in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of multidisciplinary BIM projects (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Scan-to-BIM).
• Create and maintain project templates, modelling standards, and best practices.
• Understand project scope, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Allocate tasks to the team and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Perform in‑house QA / QC before every client submission.
• Train and mentor junior modelers; plan upskilling and internal training schedules.
• Support the redevelopment and refinement of internal workflows and processes.
• Assist in creating and implementing QA / QC procedures, standards, checklists, and templates.
• Foster a positive team culture and productive working environment.
• Ensure software license compliance and basic IT coordination.
• Provide daily / weekly progress updates to the Director.
