Job description
Scrum, SAFe, Agile Transformation
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a mentor and coach to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership.
- Facilitate Agile training workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge sessions.
- Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at the team and organizational levels.
- Assess team maturity and provide actionable recommendations to improve Agile practices.
- Work closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles in daily work.
- Support the scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model, as applicable.
