We're looking for an experienced Agile Coach who can work across teams and leadership to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and enable business agility.

What You'll Do

• Guide Agile adoption and lead transformation efforts across teams and departments
• Coach teams to be self-organizing, cross-functional, and outcome-driven
• Mentor leaders to embody Agile principles and build high-trust environments
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and training on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
• Identify organizational blockers and help teams navigate change and complexity
• Create a culture of psychological safety, feedback, and shared purpose
