Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Tender Executive to join our team in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering and procurement activities. As a Tender Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and preparing tender documents within our organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering or related fields, showcasing your familiarity with the tender process.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to handle document creation and presentations.
• Ability to manage documents and records accurately to ensure all tender documentation is complete and up to date.
• Strong skills in procurement and e-procurement to efficiently manage supplier relationships and acquisition processes.
• Experience in procurement analytics to interpret data and make well-informed purchasing decisions.
• Competence in legal documentation to review terms and conditions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Tendering, Document Management, and Bid Preparation are crucial for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary information and documentation for tenders.
• Conduct market analysis to gauge competitive pricing and strategize tender submissions effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth tendering processes.
• Analyze tender specifications and requirements to craft comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
• Ensure timely delivery of tender submissions, adhering to client deadlines and guidelines.
• Maintain and update tender documentation and databases to reflect current project statuses and outcomes.
• Provide administrative support in the tendering process, including coordination and communication with involved parties.
