Role :

We're looking for an HR Executive who's hands-on with payroll and general HR , people management and company / admin operations and excited to take on recruitment as well when needed, especially early on since we are on a hiring spree. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR and Omnibound operations and ensuring a smooth employee experience across the team.

What you'll do :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle recruitment — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and audits.
• Assist with any administrative needs for the company as needed
