Our Information Technology Team are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic projects that enhance business outcomes and community services.
You will play a key role in initiating, planning, resourcing, and delivering projects that support Council’s digital and operational priorities. Working with Business Analysts, technical specialists, and subject matter experts, you’ll ensure projects are well-governed, well-communicated, and deliver measurable value.
This role involves leading multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and improvement.
Your key focus areas are;
Develop business cases and project plans to assess and support new initiativesLead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver practical, effective business solutionsManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationshipsDrive change management processes to embed new systems and ways of workingCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and executivesPromote teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all project activitiesRead the position statement and learn more about this exciting opportunity.

What you bring :
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or a related field, or extensive relevant experienceProven ability to lead and motivate project teams and manage competing prioritiesStrong skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and problem solvingExperience managing projects in complex and evolving environmentsExcellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skillsA collaborative and adaptable mindset with a focus on innovation and deliveryLET’S REVEAL THE PERKS
