Objective :
Support regional sales initiatives by assisting in planning, execution, and customer engagement to achieve growth targets and strengthen the market presence of the cables division.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in implementing regional sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Identify potential customers and generate leads in assigned territory.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Support senior team members in onboarding new clients and expanding market reach.
Collect and report data on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Develop a strong understanding of LV and MV cable products and related industrial electrical solutions.
Communicate product benefits effectively to customers.
Support senior managers during negotiations and contract finalization.
Education :
B.E. (Electrical) preferred.
MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
Experience :
8-12 years of sales experience in industrial products.
Exposure to cable sales or electrical products like Panels & Switchgears.
