What You’ll Do :

✨ Drive flagship employee programs, hackathons, and conferences that build pride and engagement.

🤝 Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to land culture & innovation priorities.

📈 Plan, budget, and execute large-scale programs with measurable organizational impact.

What We’re Looking For :

🎓 MBA with 4+ years in Program / Event Management or Consulting , especially employee-centric programs.

🏢 Prior experience in Accenture , Deloitte , EY , PwC , KPMG , McKinsey , BCG , or Bain (or similar consulting environments).

💬 Exceptional stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills.

🧠 Strong grasp of branding, employee experience, and strategic initiative delivery.

📍 Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

💰 Annual CTC : ₹24 LPA (approx.)

🕒 Start Date : Immediate to 15 days
