About the Role

We’re looking for a creator-first Jr. Social Media Manager - someone who’s grown or is growing their own personal content channel and has a strong pulse on what works on platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts. In this role, you will own the day-to-day content engine of Kapiva’s social channels, particularly short-form video. From scripting and shooting to publishing and performance tracking, you’ll be hands-on across the entire content lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and content teams to shape a digital voice that’s bold, relatable, and trend-forward. Perfect for someone who’s already a content creator, lives on social, and is hungry to grow a high-impact wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution

• Ideate, script, shoot, and publish engaging short-form video content for Kapiva’s Instagram and YouTube Shorts channels.
• Serve as both behind-the-scenes creator and on-camera talent, becoming a recognizable face or voice of the brand.
• Repurpose existing long-form content into bite-sized, trend-led videos that align with audience behavior and platform best practices.
