About the Role :

Optus Housing is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Housing Specialist who has in-depth knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in property sales, client handling, and end-to-end deal closures in both residential and luxury segments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, manage, and convert leads for residential and luxury projects in Gurgaon.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients.
• Stay updated on current property rates, market trends, and new project launches.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth documentation and closure.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
