Are you an AI enthusiastwith visionary thinking to conceptualize AI-based products We are seeking a Research Intern, AI who will work alongside SHL's AI team on cutting-edge AI / ML challenges in natural language processing (NLP), audio / speech processing, and computer vision. This internship offers hands-on experience with advanced AI research and product development, with the potential for conversion to a full-time Research Engineer, AI role based on performance

What You Will Be Doing

• Work on advanced AI / ML models in NLP, speech, and vision using deep learning.
• Prototype generative AI models like LLMs, RAG, and multimodal AI.
• Assist in developing and optimizing AI / ML solutions for real-world applications.
• Implement orchestration frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
• Collaborate on scalable ML models and their integration into production.
• Contribute to data collection, annotation, and validation for better models.
• Contribute to research papers and documentation with AI / ML advancements.
