Project Manager

Job Description :

• 5-10 years PM experience with cross-functional teams
• PMP certification
• Reports to Sr. Director of Executive Program Management (me)
• Cross-functional internal project manager for Fortra's strategic projects (some may be confidential)
• Cross-Team Coordination and Communication via conversations and Teams Chat channels
• Go-Live Planning and Risk Mitigation for internal business systems / collaboration with external implementation partners
• Create and track agendas and meeting notes in MS Loop Workspaces / Pages
• Create and manage project plans and tasks in MS Planner
• Identify dependencies and mitigate risk with the project
• Escalations to cross-functional Sr. Leadership as necessary
• Prepare project status reports
• Prepare and present Executive Summaries on the project to C-Level
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work at least 4 hours per day in US time zones
