Job Summary :

We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in managing on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely project completion in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project management teams.
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment at the site to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and site photos.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the workforce.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication with clients and higher management.
