SEO Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SEO Project Manager to oversee and manage white-label SEO projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading SEO initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and white-label agency partners. You will play a key role in managing client expectations, coordinating resources, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SEO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Act as a primary point of contact for white-label partners and internal teams.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, Content calendars, and optimization.
• Collaborate with content, development, and design teams for SEO implementation.
• Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, and third-party SEO tools. Produce Weekly and Monthly reports for the clients to show improvements.
• Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Taking Weekly Check-in calls with clients to update them on a regular basis.
• Manage project resources and timelines using various project management tools.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and continuously optimize processes for better efficiency.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline project planning, task allocation, and performance tracking.
