About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact Business / digital transformation initiatives across digitization, automation, analytics, and agentic AI. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities to manage cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across the SDLC using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with internal development teams and external vendors to align on deliverables.
- Prepare proposals, effort estimates, and project documentation.
- Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure business value realization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.8–10 years of experience leading technical teams and managing software projects.PMP or PRINCE2 or ITIL certification is mandatory.S trong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.Hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack (e.g., .NET, Azure, Power Platform). This is MandatoryProven ability to manage & execute project planning, tracking, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira), bid management strategyExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.Experience in proposal creation and effort estimation.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI / ML, RPA, or analytics platforms.Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.F amiliarity with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or custom-built platforms.Compensation
