Offer one-on-one consultations tailored to specific relationship issues, utilizing counselling techniques and methodologies. Listen actively to users, empathize with their experiences, and deliver non-judgmental, personalized guidance to support their journey toward healthier relationships. Integrate Tarot insights into therapeutic approaches to provide deeper self-awareness and transformative strategies for users (training provided). Stay updated on relationship counselling trends, research, and best practices to enhance your expertise continually. Adhere to confidentiality, ethical standards, and professionalism in all client interactions. Educational Background : Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Freshers interested in learning Tarot / Oracle Therapy can also apply Experience : 2-3 years of Proven experience as a relationship coach, counselor, or therapist with a deep understanding of human behavior and relationship dynamics. Comfort in conducting livestreaming sessions and remote consultations. Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an approachable manner. Empathetic and compassionate approach to counseling, with a focus on building trust and rapport. Strong active listening skills, combined with the ability to provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies. Adaptability to learn and integrate Oracle / Tarot practices into therapeutic methods.
