Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, brand, product marketing, and communications.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels.
- Lead demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Define and analyze key metrics (e.g. ROI, CAC, CLV, MQLs) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Drive PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO / SEM, paid media, email, and social.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.8–12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong experience in B2B or B2C marketing (specify depending on your business).Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau).Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.Skills Required
