Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigations related to regulatory matters, including criminal, civil, labour / IR, consumer, arbitration, IPR, and NCLT cases.
- Draft and vet suits, plaints, written statements, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Manage end-to-end litigation processes, including coordination with external counsel and representation before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Respond to legal notices and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with police authorities and other governmental bodies to resolve legal issues.
- Negotiate and liaise with governmental and non-governmental entities on legal concerns.
- Assist in resolving land-related issues by interpreting local land rules, verifying land records, and managing registration processes across India.
- Draft and review deeds, contracts, agreements, MoUs, affidavits, and powers of attorney.
- Represent the company in tribunals, lower courts, district courts, high courts, and the Supreme Court for complex legal cases.
- Support management in settling claims, including vendor / sub-contractor disputes and other legal matters.
Required Skills & Education Qualification :
A law graduate with a strong academic background and proven experience in handling multi-faceted legal matters.Expertise in legal drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.Familiarity with local land laws, land records, and registration processes Pan-India.Experience in representing cases across judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Skills Required
