City Manager - Mumbai

The City Manager - Mumbai will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representative and operations.

The incumbent shall recruit, train, and develop local management and staff teams; foster a high-performance culture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support city operations.

Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Experience managing a team of sales representatives
• Experience working in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
