POSITION PURPOSE :

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Motion Designer & Animator with a strong command over Cinema 4D and Redshift to create visually stunning animations and motion visuals for product videos and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with artistic flair—transforming creative ideas into dynamic, realistic, and impactful 3D content.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and animate 3D motion graphics, product visuals, and brand videos using Cinema 4D and Redshift.
• Develop high-quality product animations showcasing features, mechanisms, and applications.
• Collaborate with other teams to translate storyboards and concepts into motion.
• Create lighting, texturing, and rendering setups optimized for photorealistic output.
• Produce content for product launches, brand intros, explainers, and digital ads.
• Composite 3D with 2D graphics using After Effects or similar tools.
• Optimize project files for real-time performance and efficient rendering.
• Stay current with motion design trends, rendering techniques, and visual styles.
• Graphic Design Support (mandatory) : Create digital still posts, adapt key visuals for social media & web, support packaging artworks, brochures, POSM, event collaterals, and handle day-to-day graphic design tasks ensuring brand consistency.
