POSITION PURPOSE :

We are looking for a highly skilled

3D Motion Designer & Animator

with a strong command over Cinema 4D and Redshift to create visually stunning animations and motion visuals for product videos and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with artistic flair—transforming creative ideas into dynamic, realistic, and impactful 3D content.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design and animate 3D motion graphics, product visuals, and brand videos using Cinema 4D and Redshift.

Develop high-quality product animations showcasing features, mechanisms, and applications.

Collaborate with other teams to translate storyboards and concepts into motion.

Create lighting, texturing, and rendering setups optimized for photorealistic output.

Produce content for product launches, brand intros, explainers, and digital ads.

Composite 3D with 2D graphics using After Effects or similar tools.

Optimize project files for real-time performance and efficient rendering.

Stay current with motion design trends, rendering techniques, and visual styles.

Graphic Design Support (mandatory) : Create digital still posts, adapt key visuals for social media & web, support packaging artworks, brochures, POSM, event collaterals, and handle day-to-day graphic design tasks ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Design, 3D Design, VFX, or Multimedia Arts.

2–5 years of professional experience in 3D motion design / animation.

A strong showreel / portfolio demonstrating Cinema 4D + Redshift work (and sample still design work).

Core Skills & Technical Expertise

Primary Tools : Cinema 4D, Redshift (mandatory)

Supporting Tools : Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW.

Strong skills in modeling, lighting, shading, texturing, and camera animation.

Knowledge of compositing, VFX integration, and motion tracking.

Experience creating photorealistic materials and lighting setups.

Solid grasp of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with render optimization and multi-pass compositing.

Graphic design proficiency for still creatives, packaging adaptations, print-ready files, and social formats.

Preferred Experience

Product visualisation videos (industrial, construction, or FMCG).

Exposure to branding / marketing environments, social media campaigns, and digital advertising.

Knowledge of sound design, typography animation, or particle simulations (bonus).
