Position Summary
The HR Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. This role will involve streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging HR technology to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of HR best practices, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role will be responsible for the HR Operations of the global organization with an employee base of 1500 employees.

Manage end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including onboarding & offboarding, compliance, system updates, contract management, and coordination with IT and vendors.
