What will you do

• Work with Founder / Team in recruitment , including drafting JDs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing applicant pipelines.
• Assist with client outreach , preparing pitch decks, managing communication, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CRM records.
• Contribute to marketing activities , including coordinating social media content, assisting in campaigns, and tracking performance.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and help streamline internal processes to improve overall efficiency.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and act as an extended arm of the founder for agency initiatives.
