Position Summary
This role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of all stages in the Data & Analytics (D&A) solution development life cycle. It involves collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to build cutting-edge D&A solutions and managing a team of professionals in delivering high-quality analytical systems. The role requires strong technical expertise across multiple layers of the data solution stack and proven leadership in guiding teams through design and development phases.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to identify business problems, opportunities, and initiatives where analytics can provide valuable insights.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop data management solutions using industry-standard data engineering techniques.
- Translate data into actionable insights with scenario analysis, business impact assessments, and execution plans.
- Conduct data analysis and design moderately complex analytic algorithms.
- Model and frame business scenarios that drive improvement in critical business processes and decisions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to select relevant data sources and translate requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Execute data profiling and implement data quality improvement procedures.
- Develop specifications for custom reports, incorporating unique business rules and data elements.
- Identify and solve complex technical challenges within data management platforms.
- Analyze data platforms to identify areas for optimization and propose innovative technical solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics solutions using modern cloud and on-prem technologies.
People Management

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).Preferred Certifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics solution development, with at least 2 years in a people management role.Hands-on experience in healthcare data analytics or data engineering / data management using cloud / on-prem technologies (MS Azure, Databricks, Synapse, ADF, Logic Apps, MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS).Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large teams.Skills & Knowledge
