Job description

At 360Medicare Personnel, we are dedicated to connecting skilled healthcare professionals with exceptional opportunities across the globe. With our strong presence in the UK, UAE, and India, we are expanding our dynamic team in Bangalore and are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Healthcare Recruitment Consultants .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals for international placements
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support documentation and compliance procedures for selected candidates
  • Contribute to achieving team targets and maintaining high service standards

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred : HR, Healthcare, or Business)
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably healthcare or international staffing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office and recruitment tools
