Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Big 4 or large consulting clients , with a strong understanding of professional services hiring and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
- Use multiple sourcing channels — , job portals, references, and networking.
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication at every stage.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with market trends and proactively build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline1–6 years of recruitment experience, including exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.Experience in Big 4 hiring (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC) or working with top consulting clients preferred.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.What We Offer :
