Key Responsibilities Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, video, and emerging channels
Conduct deep data analysis to uncover insights, opportunities, and high-impact optimizations
Build full-funnel frameworks that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention
Oversee campaign planning, execution, testing, and optimization with precision and creativity
Partner with analytics, creative, and brand teams to ensure coherent storytelling and seamless customer journeys
Establish clear metrics, performance dashboards, and reporting structures
Monitor market trends, platform changes, and competitive movements to inform future strategy
Guide experimentation initiatives to test new audiences, creatives, bidding models, and channel combinations
Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts with accountability and strategic foresight
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in performance marketing with demonstrable achievements across multiple channels
Strong analytical capability — able to interpret complex data sets and turn them into actionable strategy
Excellent communication — clear, compelling, and grounded in logic and insight
A self-driven, structured working style suited to a remote environment
Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and measurement tools
Integrity, curiosity, and genuine respect for thoughtful digital craftsmanship
Preferred Experience (Not Required, but Meaningful) Experience working with global brands, growth-stage companies, or performance-first agencies
Familiarity with CRO, marketing automation, creative testing, or attribution modeling
Understanding of multi-market performance environments or cross-channel scaling
