Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Officer, located in Rajkot. The Senior Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment processes, conducting performance evaluations, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
