CTC : Maximum 6LPA (90% Fixed + 5% Retention + 5% Variable Bonus)
Job Summary :
The LinkedIn Profile & Brand Manager will be responsible for crafting, optimizing, and managing LinkedIn profiles and pages for both professionals and business clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform, content strategy, algorithm, and best practices for thought leadership, brand visibility, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Profile Optimization : Craft compelling LinkedIn profiles for individuals and businesses, ensuring alignment with personal brand and business objectives.
- Content Strategy & Creation : Develop content calendars, create engaging posts, and repurpose content into LinkedIn-friendly formats (articles, carousels, polls, videos).
- Networking & Outreach : Manage and grow connections, strategically engage with target audiences, and build meaningful relationships.
- Page & Profile Management : Regularly update profiles / pages with fresh, relevant content and highlight key achievements and milestones.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track engagement, measure KPIs (reach, follower growth, lead generation), and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Personal Branding Support : Position clients as industry authorities through thought-leadership content, collaborations, and engagement tactics.
Requirements :
Proven experience managing LinkedIn profiles and company pages for professionals and brands.Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone / voice for different industries.Knowledge of LinkedIn SEO, algorithm trends, and engagement tactics.Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads specially Sales Navigator.Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar) for creating simple, branded visuals.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients / projects simultaneously.Show more
