Job descriptionBachelor’s Or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Proven experience in funnel creation, email marketing, newsletters, and paid ads . Good understanding of SEO basics, content strategy, and marketing automation tools. Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote work setting. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Previous experience with SaaS marketing and in a startup is a plus (Not mandatory) Funnel Building Email Marketing & Newsletters Performance Marketing (Google / Meta / YouTube Ads) SEO & Keyword Strategy Campaign Optimization & A / B Testing GA4, Ads Manager & Reporting Social Media Management Creative + Analytical Thinking Content & Design Coordination Project & Budget Management Website Handling Fully remote work environment. Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be strong in funnel building, email marketing, newsletters, and ad campaign management , along with a good understanding of SEO and social media.
This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and comfortable managing multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build, manage, and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation, nurturing, and conversions.
- Plan and execute email marketing & newsletter campaigns using tools like Smartlead or similar platforms.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube , and other platforms.
- Support SEO initiatives and manage website to improve organic visibility.
- Oversee social media activities and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze performance using GA4, Ads Manager, and Search Console.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and leadership teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.
