We’re now looking for a dynamic Business Head to set up and scale our Southeast Asia business — focusing on markets like Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan .

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Strategy :

Lead Barcode’s entry into Southeast Asia, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models tailored for each local market.

Business Development :

Build relationships with global and regional brands, agencies, and creator networks to drive influencer marketing mandates.

P&L Ownership :

Set up operations, manage budgets, and drive revenue targets across key SEA countries.

Team Leadership :

Hire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams in sales, strategy, and campaign delivery.

Brand Partnerships :

Work closely with marketing heads, CMOs, and agency partners to deliver large-scale influencer campaigns that blend global strategy with local insight.

Collaboration with HQ :

Partner with Barcode’s India leadership to replicate success frameworks while customizing for local markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media agency leadership .

Strong network of brands, creators, and media partners across Southeast Asia.

Proven track record of business expansion and revenue growth .

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up teams and systems from scratch.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a multicultural understanding.
