About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Modern Trade professional to lead sales, key account partnerships, and front-end execution at a national level.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong retail relationships, and loves turning shopper insights into real growth stories.

🔑 What You’ll Do

✨ Lead Joint Business Plans with top retail chains, driving growth and visibility.

📊 Build and execute channel & customer strategies with the right mix of assortment, promotions, and activations.

👥 Lead and coach a high-performing sales team across regions.

🚚 Manage distributor partnerships for strong service levels and supply efficiency.

🧊 Expand in-store presence and chilled capacity through smart asset deployment.

📈 Ensure sales forecasting, promo calendars, and competitive benchmarking are flawlessly executed.

🎯 What You’ll Bring

🎓 MBA / Postgraduate in Business or Marketing

🕔 5+ years in Sales / Marketing, with strong exposure to Modern Trade or Key Account Management

🤝 Strong negotiation & strategic planning skills

📍 Proven leadership in managing teams and channel partners

💡 Analytical mindset with high commercial acumen
