• True hybrid working – work from home and our Mitcham office
• $166,650 Total Remuneration Package (inclusive of 12% superannuation)

The Role

This newly created role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of research, development and innovation (RD&I) at Yarra Valley Water. As the RD&I Program Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of an enterprise-wide RD&I program that aligns to both current and emerging strategic priorities.

Acting as the central point for RD&I, you’ll foster a strong internal culture of innovation, enable cross-functional collaboration, and manage strategic partnerships and budgets to deliver high-impact outcomes. With direct exposure to the Executive team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape initiatives, influence strategic decisions, and build a thriving innovation ecosystem and research program that supports Yarra Valley Water’s long-term vision.
