DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Key Result Areas)

In the role, the following illustrative list of responsibilities are included, but not limited to :

1.      Obtain brief of the project from the Project manager.

2.      To prepare detailed designs, plans, models and schemes often using computer aided design (CAD) software, Google Sketchup and Photoshop or one point or two point perspective or sketch.

3.      To prepare and develop designs, models, images, material, mood boards and other documents to express designs.

4.      To develop design concepts.

5.      To Plan & Delegate work to subordinates to achieve desired results.

6.      To work as per the plan guided by the Project Manager.

7.      Ensure the work is done as per timelines.

8.      Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure the work is being carried out to the highest standards, giving appropriate design advice and highlighting areas of success and improvement.

9.      To coordinate with the client regarding Planning, Designing, Details, Material selection, Quality management and review of satisfaction.

10.  To visit the site as per the requirement.

11.  Monthly review presentation to be updated weekly to stay aligned with the goal of the month.
