Role : Senior Salesforce Admin
Job Overview :
As the Salesforce Senior Administrator, you will lead the ongoing development and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem.
In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to identify needs, design solutions, and implement new business processes.
This position combines elements of a technical Project Manager, System Administrator, and Salesforce Developer.
This role ensures seamless execution of Sales initiatives through process improvements, technology integrations, and data-driven decision-making.
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform and related tools used by our revenue organization.
Location : Pune (Work from Office)
Office Timings : 12 pm to 9 pm
Key Responsibilities Expertise and Platform Management :
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related matters, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Handle all core administrative functions, including user account maintenance and platform configuration.
- Stay current with Salesforce features, updates, and security trends, and advocate for their adoption to enhance innovation and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with marketing to optimize lead handoff and improve SQL to Won conversion rates
Lead Management & CRM Integration :
Manage data flow, lead / opp scoring, data hygiene, and CRM integrations between HubSpot & Salesforce to improve data flow, ensure consistency, and enhance team productivity.Support and manage integrations with finance, support and other systems using Salesforce as the central platform such as Zoho Desk, Insycle.Work closely with marketing to optimize lead handoff and improve SQL to Won conversion Development and Automation :Implement new functionalities and automation using tools like Flows, custom objects, validation rules, Apex, and other declarative / custom development approaches.Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable solutions using a mix of native Salesforce capabilities and custom code.Data Quality & Analytics :
Build and maintain dashboards & reports in Salesforce, HubSpot & Power BIExecute org cleanup and implement duplicate management best practices to maintain data integrity and system performance.Manage and optimize deployment processes in collaboration with different teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.Documentation and Enablement :
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for custom builds, configurations, and processes.Provide training and support for end users and team members on new features, tools, and best practices.Team Development and Collaboration :
Contribute to the growth and maturity of the Salesforce team by offering constructive feedback and promoting skill development.Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and facilitating learning opportunities.Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Metrics :

5 - 10 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce, with a focus on Sales andService Clouds, including work with Lightning components and advanced Salesforce
configurations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform best practices, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.Proven experience supporting sales and marketing processes, including lead and opportunity management, territory management, partner collaboration, and forecast modeling.Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools and Power BI for generating business insights.Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to address business challenges.Understanding of security principles and best practices related to Salesforce, with experience ensuring compliance with industry security standards.Exposure to HubSpot; expertise is not required, but prior experience working alongside working it is a plus.Desired Requirements :

CI / CD & Automation :

Drive automated testing initiatives (UI, API, regression) and ensure continuous improvementin test coverage.
Testing Expertise and Strategies :
Strategize and drive the QA roadmap aligned with business goals and product deliverytimelines.
Lead a cross-functional QA team (manual, automation, DevOps, performance) and managetheir day-to-day deliverables.
Design, implement, and enforce standard QA processes, templates, and tools across teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.Own and manage all test phases : unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression, UAT, and post-deployment validation.Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testabilityConduct risk-based testing to prioritize critical areas during tight delivery windows.Handle resource planning, hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews for the QA team.Prepare and present QA dashboards, test metrics, and release readiness reports toleadership.
Ensure defect prevention through root cause analysis and retrospectives.Required Qualifications :
11+ years of total QA experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role and 5+ experience in automation, minimum 3 Year Exp in dev Sec OPS.Strong experience with manual testing, API testing, and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).Hands-on exposure to DevOps tools and CI / CD environments.Experience in non-functional testing such as performance and basic security validations.Proven ability to lead teams and manage QA for multiple parallel projects.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines(ref : hirist.tech)
