ROLE OVERVIEW :

As a Senior UI / UX Designer at NMG Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our- products' user experiences.
You will get a chance to lead a team of designers and work closely- with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs align with our business goals and provide an- exceptional user journey.
If you are passionate about conceptualizing, designing, and delivering- solutions for various digital delivery platforms including web, mobile and tablet platforms, creating- intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces, and you have a strong track record of leadership- and communication skills, we want to hear from you!.

Key Responsibilities :

Hands on experience in designing international standard websites and mobile apps.

Should have knowledge of UI / UX processes.

Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / XD, Sketch & FIGMA tool.

Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Adobe Premiere / After Effects.

Extensive experience in mobile app designing.

High End Design & UI abilities for International Clients.

Should be Proficient in any Wireframing tools e.g , Axure or Balsamiq.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

Any degree or Diploma in UI / UX design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.

5+ years of professional experience in UI / UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect designs.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
